Sales and Product Executive (Urea)

Our client, an established Petrochemical Corporation, is looking for an experienced Sales and Product Executive to join their team in Qatar. Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor the execution of sales activities assigned within area of operation and responsibility;
  • Maintain contacts with customers, agents and prospects. Increase customer database and attend to customer concerns in a timely manner;
  • Review and assess long term marketing agreements / contracts on continuous basis for their merits;
  • Assist the line manager with preparation of budgets and business plans;
  • Review market trends and keep abreast of new developments in the market related to supply/demand balance, competitors, etc.


  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management with Specialization in Marketing / Sales Management, or equivalent;
  • 6 + years’ experience in Marketing & Sales of Fertilizers, specifically, Urea;
  • Knowledge of global customers in the fertilizer industry, and familiarity with Urea product chemistry.;
  • Knowledge of Commercial evaluation and budgeting;
  • Experience with Shipping and commerce;
  • Adept at handling customer complaints & grievance.
