- Management of customer inquiries by phone and e-mail;
- Management of contracts and orders;
- Accounting management;
- Data entry into ERP and CRM systems;
- Document administration and control;
- Registration of new vehicles;
- Preparation of vehicles documents;
- Close cooperation with other colleagues in your team, and other units.
- Min 2 years of experience in customer support management;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and process;
- Excellent communication, work organization, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Fluency in English language;
