Our client is a rapidly expanding international company and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their office near Arnhem. In this challenging and door-opening opportunity, you would be responsible for supporting with any administrative matters the sales team has to tackle.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of customer inquiries by phone and e-mail;
  • Management of contracts and orders;
  • Accounting management;
  • Data entry into ERP and CRM systems;
  • Document administration and control;
  • Registration of new vehicles;
  • Preparation of vehicles documents;
  • Close cooperation with other colleagues in your team, and other units.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in customer support management;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and process;
  • Excellent communication, work organization, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Responsibility and logical thinking;
