As Office Services Administrator, you will be a central point of contact in the organization. Internally, you will take responsibility for all administrative sectors of the business including the facilitation of transport solutions for groups or individuals, asset management to supply the workforce with all required equipment and set up accommodations for visiting clients and stakeholders. Occasionally, you will contribute to the organization of company trips or events.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of various company related ventures using Excel to provide a transparent and detailed overview.
  • Develop and implement assessments for suppliers, identifying potential areas of improvement for assets, travel or transportation offers.
  • Conduct occasional quality control checks, assess performance, and ensure compliance of both staff and suppliers based on contract KPIs and service agreements.
  • Establish and maintain detailed records on expenses related to rentals, fuel, overtime, travel arrangement, events etc.
  • Share insightful analyses with the management team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other general office duties as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on meeting the needs of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and service mindset.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and in-house software for documentation, invoices, and internal communications.
