Employ non EU/EEA employee
If you want to hire individuals from outside of the EU/EEA and Switzerland, however, they would require sponsorship for the highly skilled migrant visa. Octagon is a recognized sponsor of the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and can assist you with this.
The Dutch government also offers the 30% ruling tax benefit for employees coming from abroad. Upon meeting certain criteria, these employees are eligible for 30% of their gross salary to be untaxable. Octagon can facilitate the 30% ruling application
