We’ve joined forces with this very fast growing, venture capital backed technology company that revolutionized the way telecommunications take place in their niche market, to support their growth when establishing their Global HQ in The Netherlands. We’ve worked closely and helped with doubling, twice, the number of employees in their office (and global organization)!

Salesforce team for a global nonprofit

As part of a global Salesforce (CRM system) implementation, an international nonprofit client needed to find the right resources to carry through the design, implementation roll out and administration with the limitation of not being able to add headcount to the global organisation and with a restricted budget. Outsourcing the entire project was not a solution, and using an external consultancy for most of the project would not be cost effective and would not make business sense as the project champion and leader was an internal resource and the timeline of the project could not be fixed.

Working closely with HR, operations and the project stakeholders, we’ve identified the roles that were needed for the successful delivery of the project and made a plan for the timeline on which each member was needed to be onboard the project team. With a flexible project setup, the company did not have to directly hire or work around headcount restrictions but used us as a service partner for carrying out the necessary work required for the project implementation and roll out. Also the necessary flexibility was given on hours worked, overall duration of the project and scale up/scale down timing for the various functions.
