Assistant Administrator (ESA/ESTEC)

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant who will join the Octagon Professionals projects team at the European Space Agency in Noordwijk (ESTEC). If you are passionate about the Space industry and would like to join an international environment, read more and apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in the financial processes for the different customers;
• Management of different operations in SharePoint;
• Support in the Project Management Tasks for the customer;
• Provide an administrative support for the employees on customer premises;
• Review and approval of timesheets of employees;
• Update of the internal Mastersheets per customer

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor) from a recognised institution of post-secondary studies or equivalent qualification with 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Knowledge of Office365;
• Ability to multitask;
• Ability to deal with ad-hoc tasks;
• Strong organizational skills and time management to follow up and meet deadlines;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Behavioural flexibility and team spirit;
• Knowledge of ESA and SharePoint is an asset;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
