| Description | : | Managing all operations within the region of responsibility Responsible for drilling program completion - communication/relation handling between drilling group & rig superintendent. Prepare and manage new contracts (prepare bids/day rates & negotiate/settle claims) Responsible for all rig/equipment usage & requests for equipment/materials/parts. Works with management for developing/implementing operational policies/procedures Responsible for safety, training, budgeting and communication with headquarters. |
