| Description | : | • Basic IT Support: Handing out IT Equipment, Opening Trouble tickets, supporting fixed and mobile client equipment • Carry out Front Desk duties on behalf of the organization • Effectively cooperate and communicate with the front office team and the line manager in charge • Commitment to work flexible hours: The working hours diverse between 07:00 – 19:00 hours • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and faxes for the organization. • Any other tasks within the scope of Help Desk daily activities.
